What we Offer Reverse pulse bag filter – dust collectors: The range of reverse pulse bag filters has been developed to cater for dust control applications where there are high dust loadings and low emissions required. This is achieved by providing a filter with a fully automatic on line cleaning capability whilst maintaining a low constant pressure drop across the filters. The reverse pulse filter design is based on an upgradeble arrangement, which incorporates a modular housing, and various bag lengths to suite the application. These filters are offered with various methods of handling the collected dust particles including rotary valves, screw conveyors and auxiliary pneumatic booster systems. In addition to the standard reverse pulse filter range, offers a fully self contained reverse pulse venting filter which is predominantly used for silo venting, pneumatic conveying, and conveyor transfer point de dusting. The venting filter can be offered with or without an integral fan. Mechanical bag filter – dust collector The mechanical shake dust collector range branded as the DUSTMASTER is a modular, upgradeble, self-contained filter unit. The Dustmaster concept is based on cleaning the filters mechanically by an externally mounted shaker mechanism, which is coupled to each filter bag. The Dustmaster comprises of a standardized modular component assembly where the collector is sized to meet the required air volume and filter cloth area to cater for an application. The filter bag design is of a multi pocket envelope arrangement providing for a large filter cloth area, which can be housed into a more compact cost effective module. The Dustmaster range includes an integral fan operating on the clean air exhaust side of the filters with removable collector drums for handling collected dust particles Filters: Manufacturers supplies and installs filter bags and filter cages. These filters include tubular reverse pulse and the multi pocket types .A wide range of bags and filter fabrics are stocked with systems in place to encode customer specifications and samples, making installations and repeat business for our customers a time saving exercise. We manufacture filters from various materials and fabrics to cater for high temperature, moisture, static etc. Cyclones: A comprehensive range of cyclones is available to suite most primary dust collection applications. These cyclones have collection efficiencies of up 99% and can be cost effective in applications where there are high dust loadings and coarse particles. The cyclones are selected to cater for the required air volume and dust loading and can be fabricated from materials, which are suitable for high temperature, wear and corrosion. Scrubbers: Sadac has developed a range of wet scrubbers suited for dust and fume control applications .The scrubber range is branded as the Sadac Low energy tower scrubber. This name is derived primarily due to the principle design of maintaining a low-pressure drop and a high level of filtration with a minimal water consumption. The Low energy scrubber incorporates a cyclonic inlet design with a series of wet impingement sections and a final stage, moisture eliminator section. The scrubber systems operate under negative pressure with the fan housed on the clean airside and the tower arrangements include various methods of handling and the wastewater. The Low energy scrubber is fabricated from various materials to meet the most demanding applications where there is corrosion and wear. Fans: Comprehensive ranges of standard centrifugal fans are manufactured to cater for the Dust and air pollution control environment. These fans are tailored for dust collection, air filtration and paper waste handling, and are  of a heavy-duty construction fabricated in mild steel and stainless steel materials. The fan range comprises of radial paddle bladed, backward bladed and backward curved bladed Centrifugal fans, as well as high pressure fans for pneumatic conveying and vacuum applications. The fan impeller sizes range in diameter from 250mm to 1650mm. Ducting: Extract Air manufactures ducting and custom designed dust hoods to provide for a complete turn key supply. Ducting is fabricated in standard lengths and is supplied for flanged or slip joint assembly. The fabrication is carried out in various materials such as mild steel, stainless steels and PVC. Contracting: The company provides for complete turnkey project services. These services entail project management, design, and manufacture, delivery, installation and maintenance.
